The GlobalFIX™ V4 Cat1 EPIRB is a fully-featured EPIRB with Hydro Static Release, backed up by ACR world renowned high-efficiency electronic relaibility and capability.

ACR EPIRB technology development includes:

Cat 1 EPIRBs can be automatically or manually deployed - specially designed to self activate by means of a hydro static release mechanism on the bracket which detects submergence under water.
