Top Quality, High Tenacity, Polyester - 3000kg Jackstay Webbing, UK Manufacture in White

Heavy Duty Stitching on a modern, automatic profile, industrial Ultra-Sew machine using a tested and proven stitch pattern so you can rely on their strength and durability.

Twist in the loop at one end creates a natural 'cow hitch' finish

There are 2 options for the Stitch Pattern Length on each end:

  1. 45mm for a short finished length
  2. 90mm as on Webbing Jackstays for higher loads

Overall length with S/S ring - 45mm stitch pattern = 255mm

Maximum internal diameter approx. 55mm
i.e. what the webbing will fit around and still show the ring for attaching e.g. a shackle or block.

Overall length with S/S ring - 90mm stitch pattern = 350mm
i.e. what the webbing will fit around and still show the ring for attaching e.g. a shackle or block.

Stainless Steel Ring Specification:
45mm stitch pattern = 6mm x 30mm internal diameter
90mm stitch pattern = 8mm x 40mm internal diameter

Webbing Soft Shackles Plus Factors:

  • Versatile solution for deck fixing
  • Comfortable to handle
  • Reduce damage to the deck
  • Soft target for bare toes :-(
  • Lighter than the equivalent stainless steel shackle
  • Fits around toe rails and other awkward-shape deck fittings to provide a loop for attaching blocks etc
