Trouble with a Custom Build product
Our sales and rigging team can help with your selection and process your order over the telephone.
There are Custom Build Instructions in the Knowledge Centre which will guide you through the build process and explain how it is measured and finished.
A few customers have encountered problems when adding completed custom products to the basket - if this is happening, it's worth trying a different browser or a different pc/laptop/mac/tablet.
How to order a cut length of rope
Select the diameter required from the Custom Build Products.
Click the ‘build’ button and find the rope selection dropdown box.
Choose the rope colour, then enter the length you require.
As all splicing and accessories are ‘optional’ you can leave these blank.
Finally, click ‘add to basket’.
There is an error on the website

There are no carriers available for my order - The shipping price doesn't look correct
Some products are not automatically available to all delivery destinations because they are e.g. hazardous or very heavy. Sometimes, there can be a glitch in the shipping price generator. Please use the 'Quote Required' option or request a shipping quote by email or telephone.
Adding an extra item to an existing order
We are happy to add to your order as long as the package has not been dispatched.
You can call our sales team on 01297 20744 to add products to your order, as soon as possible please :-)
Alternatively, place another order and select 'Addition to Current Order' at checkout. N.B. this is fine as long as the second order won't materially alter the shipping charge :-)
If you are in any doubt, select the same shipping as the original order and we will amalgamate them.
We will then apply any appropriate refund to your second order, if applicable.
