Lofrans offer a manufacturer, 3 year, extended guarantee for registered users.
Lofrans Customer Service is more responsive if your installation is registered.
N.B. With respect to your purchase from Jimmy Green Marine, your statutory consumer rights and your manufacturer warranty cover the supply of the windlass.

Establishing the legitimacy of warranty claims and bringing them to a satisfactory conclusion for all parties concerned can be difficult when the yacht is 1000s of nautical miles away from the UK.
