All our delivery partners are operational.

Both the Chandlery and the Clothing store are closed according to the Government lockdown.

Please arrange your collection in advance by email or telephone and wear a mask when visiting us :-)
Currently collection is available 9am-5pm 7 days a week.
N.B. The collection will be conducted outside either entrance.

Open Online within Government Guidelines

We are fortunate to operate from a small fishing village with all our team living close by in the community with near-zero ‘travel to work’ times and relatively low cases of the virus.
A new risk assessment has been carried to ensure that the entire Team can operate safely and happily :-)

Delivery Options and Services

Team Jimmy Green is working hard in difficult circumstances to ensure that all orders are fulfilled with minimum delay.
There are 2 and 3 Working Day Priority Service options available at checkout for UK mainland postcodes.
Please email or telephone before Midday if you require a next working day service.
Otherwise, please allow up to 7 working days for splicing and rigging orders.

We advise you to select a delivery address which falls in line with the current Government Covid-19 measures and to please take all the normal Covid-19 precautions on receipt of your parcel.

Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL, DPD and Tuffnells ship our orders according to weight and destination. All the delivery drivers have been instructed to observe physical-distancing measures when dropping off your parcel.

Please be aware that none of the couriers will guarantee next day delivery, and they are all taking a little longer than normal to fulfil their consignments.


Expected Order Completion Times

Our suppliers are all operating, but in a reduced capacity due to working from home.
Production by some manufacturers has still not properly caught up from the first lockdown when everything was brought to a standstill.
Transit times for delivery from our European partners may take longer than usual, but we have increased our stockholding to mitigate against this.
Splicing and rigging orders may take a little longer than usual, varying from 4 up to 10 working days, but we are working hard to get the orders completed as quickly as possible.


Telephone Answering Hours

Our telephone hours are currently 9am -5pm, 7 days a week
It is always worth leaving a message outside these hours of if all the lines are engaged.
If you can make your telephone number, your email address and the nature of your enquiry clear, we will get back to you.
Please bear with us as we need to operate within COVID-19 guidelines, which means that some of our crew are working from home.
We have introduced a 7 day week to reduce team numbers each day - Please bear with us if the person you are dealing with has their day off in the middle of the week :-)


Finally, and most importantly,
Let us continue to look after one another, be kind, remain patient and learn to appreciate the simpler things in life.
The rivers, estuaries, channels, seas and oceans will still be there when the pandemic is finally over.
