Covid-19 latest service information

Team Jimmy Green is servicing your orders with a skeleton crew.

We are maintaining meticulous physical-distancing at work and while travelling to and from work.

We have temporarily disabled our priority service options, but speedy delivery may still be possible if you email or telephone your requirements.

We advise you to select a delivery address which falls in line with the current Government Covid-19 measures.

We advise you to take all the normal Covid-19 precautions on receipt of your parcel.

We use the Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL and DPD to ship our orders according to your selection at checkout. All the delivery drivers have been instructed to observe social distancing when dropping off your parcel.

We have experienced a reduction in orders due to Coronavirus and have taken the action to furlough a proportion of our employees in order to match the team size to the number of orders and most importantly, to maintain physical social-distancing measures in our premises.

We will keep you updated on any orders that we can’t fulfil due to stock shortage or will take longer than usual due to our splicing and rigging workload.

We have updated our telephone answering hours. We are now closed on Saturdays for anything other than urgent email enquiries which can be addressed remotely.
