The eye swivel is specifically designed for use with control lines that are positioned near the deck, such as those on dinghy jib sheets. It can also be employed on larger boats, provided the tackle's purchase is adequate. A pair of eye swivels on either side of the coach roof makes an excellent setup for the vang, allowing the crew on the rail to easily access the vang and avoid a broach. The articulation angle can be conveniently adjusted using two screws. Built with stainless steel ball bearings, the swivel ensures long-lasting durability. Constructed from glass-fiber-reinforced polyamide, it also features an electro-polished stainless steel line guide.
