Slip the toggle through the stitched loop at the top of the hoist.
Suitable for use with any flag fitted with a loop on the hoist.
Suitable for all sizes from 1/2 yard right up to 2 yard.
A small whipping may be advisable on some flags to secure the toggle in the loop.
