Jimmy Green traditional sewn loop sail ties are produced from 25mm wide, flexible, floating, polypropylene webbing

Jimmy Green Sail Ties are produced in house, by the Jimmy Green Sewing Team, on a modern industrial sewing machine using an automated-profile stitch pattern.
Automated-Profile Stitch Pattern:
The press-button operation instigates the machine to sew the exact same pattern every time by means of a computerised programme and a mechanical jig which clamps the webbing in position, ensuring that each sewn loop has the same consistent resistance qualities.
Each sewn loop is quality checked and any loose ends of sewing thread are heat sealed for a neat finish.
