Marlow Excel R8 Halyards

Marlow Excel R8 Excel is a high performance racing line which is ideal for halyards. 

The low stretch Dyneema SK78 core keeps the sail in position, even under heavy downhaul loads.

The 12 strand hollowbraid core construction allows this line to be easily tapered for weight saving and reduced windage. 

Excel R8 offers a a high wear resistance alternative owing to it's blended Technora^®  aramid and polyester blended cover.

The 8 plait Cover construction also gives extra grip in the hands and cleats. Halyards are offered in 4 or 5mm

Marlow Excel R8 is designed as an evolutionary upgrade from Excel Fusion for ardent racers.

Cover: 8 plait blended from Technora®, aramid (formerly known as Kevlar) and polyester
