Barton snubber winches provide excellent hauling and holding control for jib and main sheets on dayboats and large dinghies.
The ratchet and the vertical ribbed inserts on the drum increase manual holding power.
Sheets can be led to a clutch or jammer in settled wind conditions.
Manufactured from glass fibre reinforced nylon with anodised aluminium ribs, with a single internal spring loaded ratchet mechanism.

The unit is fitted by removing the top screw and lifting off the drum to reveal the four 3/16” fixing holes.
