LIROS Top Grip (Article 01540) is a new generation line developed by LIROS to supercede traditional matt plait sheets, with excellent holding power and comfort
Top Grip has excellent grip in winches for sail handling efficiency combined with sympathetic handling which all crew members will appreciate.
The 1:1 plaited polyester cover with a specially engineered grip fibre blend formulated with additional 'matt' grip fibres that are proud of the surface creates a line that is superior to traditional sheet ropes
The optimal blended cover also provides high abrasion and UV resistance.
The braid on braid polyester construction includes a high denier, high tenacity polyester core for good strength and stretch charateristics
LIROS Top Grip is available in white with a red, black or blue coding.
LIROS Top Grip Article 01540 Rope Construction:
- Cover (also known as the outer braid, sheath or jacket) = 1:1 plaited polyester grip fibre and high-tenacity, spun-dyed polyester
- Core (also known as the inner braid) = high tenacity, maximum tensile strength, plaited polyester
