Marlow Excel D12 SK78: 12 Strand 100% dyneema with Armourcoat high penetration PU coating for UV and Abrasion Resistance - lighter than steel and no splinters
Strength for strength it is lighter than steel and there are no splinters
If you want to downsize and save weight in the Rig and on Deck then this lightweight line offers high strength with flexibility
Softer, more user friendly replacement for e.g. metal shackles, stainless steel wire in purchase/cascade systems
Specific gravity = 0.98 so this line will float, has zero water absorption and can be spliced very neatly and effectively
