Ultra Anchor Retaining Hook
One of these hooks is normally supplied with each Flip Swivel.
If you have managed to lose yours, this is the replacement.
The hook is designed to attach to the Ultra Flip Swivel in a specially engineered slot.
There is an engineered lip on the end that locks the hook into the slot, see picture below
