The Harken 29mm Pivoting Lead Block comes with an integral 468 Cam-Matic Cleat for halyard controls or sheeting directly from the boom.
The hole spacing and rivet sizing are identical to the Classic versions for simple upgrade installation.
The Cam-Matic Cleat can be reversed to facilitate up or down cleating:
