Harken 476 and 375 Extreme Angle Fairleads feature low-friction, angled stainless steel line guides on the exit side of the cleat - the guides allow cleating and uncleating up to an angle of 90 degrees without the need to recentre the line
- Use the 476 fairlead with part number 468 Micro Cam-Matic and 471 Carbo-Cam cleats
- Use the 375 fairlead with part number 150 Standard Cam-Matic and 365 Carbo-Cam cleats.
This Harken 2nd generation design features the same low friction stainless bail as the original Harken X-Treme fairlead for a similar bulletproof turning point.
Harken Extreme Angle Fairleads awork well on travellers, coachroof controls and deck cleats where the crew is sitting out - excellent for, e.g. ILCA/Laser outhaul and cunningham adjustment.
