Part of the modular Barton ball bearing traveller system.
The cleat plate assembly is essential for a set up that gives a direct pull on the traveller car.
The plate comes with a K-cam, fairlead, turning sheave and integral becket.
Fixings and a hex head key are supplied to make fitting to the car simple.
Can be used wth 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 purchase.
