Hempel Underwater Primer is a fast-drying underwater primer containing aluminium flakes to enhance the excellent waterproofing properties of the formulation.
Hempel Underwater Primer can be used as a barrier coat if you are switching types/makes of antifouling and over an epoxy-primed surface.
