The Rocna MarkII is the result of taking all the best design aspects of the original Rocna and Vulcan and refining them into one technologically advanced and enhanced anchor.
PRECISION SETTING: The roll-foil™ (A) makes certain that the anchor consistently reaches the optimal angle for penetration. It also assists the skids in directing the fluke tip, which effectively chisels into the seabed, ensuring an immediate and reliable burial.
ROBUST ANCHORING CAPABILITY: The concave fluke (C) is engineered to offer maximum resistance, ensuring a rock-solid hold. In soft seabeds, this design delivers the secure anchoring power you require. On hard or weedy sea floors, the weighted chisel tip (B) effortlessly cuts through and bites deep for unparalleled performance.
ROLL-FOIL™ INNOVATION: Crafted from the Rocna roll-bar, the patented roll-foil™ (A) enhances self-righting capability, guaranteeing a consistently reliable set. The roll-foil's segmented profile serves distinct roles: aiding in the event of the anchor landing upside-down, facilitating deeper penetration and superior holding once buried during setting, and improving soil flow to reduce clogging..
I+V PROFILE™ SHANK: Utilising high-tensile steel, the Rocna Mk II shank (E) is reinforced by our patented I+V profile™ design. This computer-optimized I-beam geometry imparts increased resistance to bending, making the Mk II the most robust Rocna shank. The I+V profile also enhances setting performance, as the lower V-edge cuts into the seabed, enabling the anchor to penetrate effortlessly for a deep and secure burial.
